It has a highly skilled team focused on sourcing the best assets on the market, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Arbex understands that the real estate business does not end with the acquisition of an asset. That is why it places particular emphasis on the implementation of the business plan approved by the client, providing detailed and high-quality management of the acquired assets.
Arbex manages a diverse client portfolio, including institutional funds such as Fidelity International with its logistics fund Logics, prominent Spanish family offices, and the first refurbishment investment vehicle for small investors, ARBEX RESI 1.
Arbex currently manages real estate assets worth €140 million, including logistics warehouses, residential buildings, and properties to be refurbished, rented, and sold.

Arbex Real Estate is made up of a team of five professionals with extensive experience in Spain’s residential, logistics, and commercial real estate markets.
The team combines technical and real estate management expertise, having worked in both acquisitions and development at leading Spanish firms — including developers, investment funds, brokerage agencies, and family offices. Over the past 25 years, Arbex RE professionals have held roles at companies such as Grupo Lar Grosvenor, Coral Homes, Savills, Wille Finance, and M7.
Arbex Real Estate has a solid track record across all stages of the real estate cycle, with a consistent focus on meeting financial objectives, upholding ESG standards, and delivering excellent service to the clients, suppliers, and tenants of the investment funds and families it serves.
